Family: Our why. We strive to provide an environment that encompasses compassion, trust, reliability, guidance, and support for all of those that grace Colorado Riot Squad.
Attitude: How we show up matters. Attitude is contagious, and combined with effort, creates two intangibles required for our organization.
Discipline: What we require as we only have so much time to train. Showing up prepared, rising above the distractions, and the willingness to improve outside of training times is essential to the growth narrative we are working to create.
Respect: Respect for our families as we represent them through each of our actions, self-respect for commanding the best from yourself, respect for the game, and respect for our opponents. These are characteristics that are critical to the maturation process on and off of the court.
Servant Leadership: We are not here by accident. It is our responsibility to ensure development enables our athletes to reach their fullest potential. The growth of those we come into contact with is what brings us the most joy in having this organization.

What started as a couple of teams to provide our daughters basketball opportunities, has turned into an organization that supports our local communities that afforded us so many opportunities as student athletes. It has truly been a blessing to not only be able to coach our daughters but give back and grow a Riot Squad Family in the process. We remain driven and passionate to develop every one of our student athletes on and off of the court to appropriately prepare them for the future ahead. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being a part of our family!
